Biography of Victoria Azarenka

Victoria Azarenka is a Belarusian professional tennis player. She was born on July 31, 1989 in Minsk, Belarus. She became junior world champion in 2005. At the moment she is World No. 14 in World Tennis Association ranking, and it is her career best so far. She has won 2 Grand Slam tournaments in Mixed Double titles with her partner Max Miryni in 2007 the US Open and 2008 French Open playing with Bob Bryan. She started 2009, by winning the Brisbane International, but in the Australian Open 2009, she faced Serena Williams (No .2) in the 4th round where she had to retire that too when she was leading as 6-3 2-4. In February 2009, her career earnings was reported to be US$1,432,586.00
