Owen Hargreaves Biography

Owen Hargreaves has started his career when he was in his school days. He had migrated to Canada to pursue his football career in early eighties from the U.K. in earlier age; his parents have realized that their son is extremely talented in terms of playing football. Therefore, it is need for him to get the proper training so that he could improve on his skills. Therefore, on 1 July 1997 he moved from Calgary Foothills team to Bayern Munich and played in Under 19 tournament for 2.5 years before passing 6 months with Amateur team.

In the year 2000, Hargreaves has played his first playing match against Bundesliga. He had replaced a player of the team famously known as Carsten Jancker after he played for 83 rd minute. His first match was against SpVgg Unterhaching, in the year 2000, 16 September. That season was proved as one of the successful season for Bayern Munich squad. Hargreaves has made total 38 numbers of appearances for bayern Munich club on this season. In the year2004-05, DFB Cup and German championship picked him up. At t6hat time, He had total 27 appearances in Bundesliga, did two goals in three-Cup games along with eight Champions League games.

While it comes to discuss on Hargreaves’s international career, he was allowed to play the international football with Canada or any of his Home Nations. Hargreaves played his first international football game on 2001, August 15. August 15. He got the distinction to be the only to appear for England team from Netherlands at White Hart Lane. Owen was the foremost player who got Man of the Match honor in England's 4-0 win in the year 2006, August. He became the first player to get 7 number shirts from ex-player of the team David Beckham. In the year 2007, 30 January, FIFA announced to visit for South Africa Trip for the FIFA World Cup, 2010.
