Lewis Hamilton, a British racecar driver, was born on 7 January 1985 in Stevenage, Hertfordshire.
He currently competes in the Formula One World Championship, winning the title in 2008 while driving for the McLaren–Mercedes team. He has won 11 Grand Prix races. His first win was at the 2007 Canadian Grand Prix while his latest came at the 2009 Singapore Grand Prix.
